Angel cards

Nie je nič krajšie ako niekoho obdarovať. Po finančných daroch, ktoré počas vianočného večierku boli odovzdané, prišiel na rad aj ten náš: anjelské karty. Oproti peniazom - skromný dar. Ale s akou radosťou ho naše deti robili. No nie sú tie anjelské karty krásne?! Prišlo ich takmer 40 v čase svojho osobného voľna, po vyučovaní. Pani kuchárky nám navarili super punč, aby sa nám dobre tvorilo. Atmosféra bola plná nápadov, kreatívnej energie a naše stretnutie splnilo svoje očakávanie. Okrem anjelov sme vytvorili aj snehuliacke pohľadnice. Môj zámer: adresovať jednu transplanťákovi, ďalšie dve mu darovať, aby ich on so slovami vďaky, lásky, či len tak priateľstva, daroval ďalej. Ku kartám som prikúpila drevených anjelikov, ktoré im aj neskôr môžu pripomenúť vianočný večierok na Kramároch v čase, kedy sa zotavujú rok či dva, tri po transplantácii kostnej drene. Naše zdravé deti skonštatovali, že takýmito kartami asi nepomôžeme deťom po transplantácii k vyliečeniu... nie, to je jasné, tu dôležitú úlohu hrajú lekári, sestričky a vedecký pokrok, ale aspoň im vyčaríme úsmev na perách, pretože táto liečba je náročná. There is nothing more beautiful than give presents to the others. After the financial support given during the Xmas party to children after the marrow transplant I was supposed to bring our gift: angels cards. Compared to money - really a modest gift. However, it was made with such a big joy. One afternoon, during their free time, our children came to make those angels cards. Aren´t they lovely? Our cooks prepared delicious punch as we can work in a nice atmosphere which was full of ideas, creative energy and our meeting came up to its expectations. Beside angels we also made snowmen cards. My aim: write one angel card to each child after the marrow transplant and give her/him two more cards as she/he can write her/his own wishes and fill them with her/his own thank you words full of love or friendship. Later, I bought small wooden angels which can help her/him to remember this Xmas party in Kramáre when she/he was one or two- three years after the marrow transplant. Our pupils said that by making these cards we couldn't help these children to become healthier... of course, we can' t... the most important role is on their doctors, nurses and scientific progress, but at least we can make them smile, because this treatment is difficult.
