I do it my way - Zucchini pancakes
Dnes vám ponúkam recept na cuketové placky, ktoré som minulý týždeň urobila náhodne a neviem sa ich dojesť. Mne chutia posypané cukrom, ale niekto si ich možno viac obľúbi naslano. Obe možnosti sú OK. Sezóna cukiet prichádza a určite si ich obľúbite. Som si tým istá.
Today, I have got a zucchini recipe for you. It concerns making pancakes or (maybe better) a flatbread. It was a random recipe that I made last week and I had to repeat it again. I love them with sugar, but some other people may prefer them salty. Both possibilities are OK. Zucchini season is coming and you will love them, I am sure.
Polovicu väčšej cukety, 3 väčšie zemiaky, 2 mrkvy alebo batát, asi 100g syra. Všetko si postrúhame nahrubo, osolíme, okoreníme. Ja som pridala aj mletú rascu a sladkú papriku. Raz som dala majoránku, inokedy pamagorán. Keď ste všetko premiešali, pridajte 3 celé vajíčka a postupne pridávajte múku, aby sa to celé pekne spojilo.
Ak sa vám to zdá hutné, prilejte trochu mlieka.

Z hmoty tvorte placky, či skôr osúchy, priamo na panvici lyžičkou, pečte z oboch strán a dobrú chuť.
You will need a half of bigger zucchini, 3 bigger potatoes, 2 carrots or a sweet potato and 100g of cheese. Grate everything coarsely one by one, add some salt and pepper. I like to add different kinds of herbs as well. Once it is marjoram, then oregano and ground caraway seeds or some sweet pepper. When you mix everything together, add 3 whole eggs and add some flour little by little to make a compact mixture. If it is too thick, pour a little milk.
Put the mixture on the frying pan and make some pancakes or a flatbread with a spoon. Fry on the both sides. It will never be thin as a pancake. However, its taste will be delicious.
