Mayonnaise salad

Vždy som sa čudovala, prečo v Národnom onkologickom ústave predávajú v bufete tak nezdravé jedlá - vyprážaný rezeň, majonezóve šaláty, biele pečivo, sladkosti. Doteraz neviem presne odpoveď, ale...

Po rokoch, čo tam chodím, ma bufet prekvapil novým image: modernejší, čistejší, prívetivejší, posedenie takmer ako v príjemnej kaviarni, pretože už sa tam dá vypiť aj celkom slušná káva.   

Po odberoch tu raňajkuje strašne veľa ľudí. Aj my tam vždy zájdeme. A ten strašne nezdravý majonézový šalát si práve tu v NOU vychutnávam najviac. Ešteže si k tomu môžem už vybrať aj špaldové pečivo!

I have always asked: Why do they sell such unhealthy things like Wiener schnitzel, mayonnaise salad, white flour bakery products or sweets in the snack bar in National Oncology Centre?! I still don´t know the answer, but...

After years of coming there, the snack bar has surprised me because it has a new image: more modern, cleaner, more pleasant. You can be sitting there and feel like being in a nice café, because it's even possible to drink some decent coffee there, too. 

After taking of blood and other examination, lots of people buy their breakfast there. We always go there, too. And such an unhealthy mayonnaise salad in National Oncology Centre snack bar tastes the best!
Only now I can choose some spelt bread!
